Think of this page as a leadership lab… part experiment, part playground.
These experiments are designed to help you test, sense, and stretch how intelligence moves in your team, your system, or even just your own day-to-day leadership rhythm.
Each is a prompt for motion, meant to reveal something useful about how you’re currently leading and where new possibilities might emerge. None are prescriptive.
Some experiments are quick resets. Others invite deeper observation over time. All of them are rooted in the Quantum Leadership model and the mechanics behind NQ (systems quotient) as a measure of systemic intelligence.
Try one. Adapt it. Break it and rebuild it.
The point isn’t to get it right, it’s to start tuning the system you’re in with more curiosity, clarity, and creativity.

Get a Feel for Your Individual NQ
This is a quick, lightweight exercise to help you get a personal sense of your own NQ (Network Quotient). How well intelligence moves through the system around you, and how you show up in that flow.

Systems Tune-Up
This companion to Experiment 1 helps individuals apply what they noticed in their personal NQ map to make tangible micro-adjustments in their environment and relationships.
